These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and participation in any training programme offered by Texabyte ("we," "us," or "our"), a software company registered under MSME Udyam, operating from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By registering for any Texabyte Training cohort, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Texabyte Training offers short-term online internship programmes for engineering students across the following tracks:
Programmes are delivered in cohort-based batches, primarily online. Duration, schedule, and curriculum details are communicated at the time of enrollment and are subject to minor revision at our discretion.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrollment if the participant is found to be ineligible.
3.1 Programme fees are communicated clearly at the time of registration and must be paid in full prior to batch commencement.
3.2 Fees are non-refundable once a batch has commenced, except in cases outlined in Section 5 (Cancellation Policy).
3.3 Texabyte issues a Bill of Supply for all payments. GST is not applicable at our current scale of operation.
3.4 We do not offer EMI or deferred payment options unless explicitly communicated.
4.1 All sessions are conducted online via designated platforms (communicated at enrollment).
4.2 We make reasonable efforts to deliver the programme as scheduled. However, Texabyte reserves the right to reschedule sessions, substitute instructors, or modify curriculum content due to operational requirements.
4.3 Recorded sessions, if provided, are for the personal use of enrolled participants only and must not be shared, redistributed, or published without written permission from Texabyte.

If we cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants within 7 working days.
6.1 Participants who successfully complete the programme and meet minimum attendance and submission requirements will receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Texabyte.
6.2 Certificates include a unique QR code that can be scanned to verify authenticity on the Texabyte platform.
6.3 Certificates are issued as proof of programme participation and completion. They are not equivalent to a government-recognized certification, degree, or diploma.
6.4 Texabyte makes no representation or guarantee regarding the use, acceptance, or recognition of these certificates by any third-party institution, employer, or authority.
Texabyte Training does not guarantee employment, internship placement, freelance contracts, or any specific career outcome as a result of completing our programmes. We provide skill-building and practical exposure; outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
8.1 Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow participants.
8.2 Any form of harassment, plagiarism, sharing of restricted materials, or conduct that disrupts the programme may result in immediate removal without refund.
8.3 Programme content, materials, assignments, and session recordings are the intellectual property of Texabyte and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
All content delivered during the programme — including but not limited to slide decks, project templates, recorded sessions, code samples, and written materials — is owned by Texabyte. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use these materials solely for personal learning during and after the programme.
We collect and process your name, email, phone number, and payment information solely for the purpose of programme enrollment and administration. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. By enrolling, you consent to receiving programme-related communications via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Texabyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in any programme, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or opportunity.
Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant programme.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at texabyte.in/training/terms with a revised effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
